Tania Jarjur

As General Counsel of Yellow Door Energy, Tania oversees a team of in-house legal professionals and provides legal counsel for the company’s operations in all markets. She was named Woman in Solar of the Year in 2021 by the Middle East Solar Industry Association and listed among the Top 50 Most Powerful Solar Leaders in the Middle East by SolarQuarter. 

Prior to joining Yellow Door Energy, Tania worked with major US law firms on corporate and project development in the United States and the MENA region. She has negotiated power projects ranging from 10 MW to 400 MW with various technologies and fuel supplies, including solar, wind, hydro and natural gas.

Tania is admitted to the Washington, D.C. bar, holds a JD of Law from Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon, and a Business Administration degree from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

She was named Solar Woman of the Year by the Middle East Solar Industry Association (MESIA), Woman of the Year in Rooftop Solar by EQ Solar, and amongst Top 50 Most Powerful Solar Leaders in the Middle East by SolarQuarter.
