Nalin Nayyar

As the CFO of Yellow Door Energy, Nalin is responsible for driving the company’s finance strategy including the development, implementation and oversight of control, accounting and reporting policies, optimizing the group’s capital and tax structures, as well as spearheading the company’s budgeting and financial planning process. In addition, Nalin oversees Yellow Door Energy’s fundraising efforts and investor relations.

With three decades of experience across financial services and the corporate sector, Nalin has orchestrated over $40 billion in value across various financings and M&A situations in the U.S., Europe and Asia. During his career, he has worked at Lehman Brothers, Citibank and, over the last decade, in senior finance and strategy roles at high-growth companies in Asia.

Nalin obtained his MBA degree in finance from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA, and his Bachelor of Arts (with honors) in economics and creative writing from Middlebury College in the U.S.
